Ahhh kids….They say the darndest things don’t they? Bless their little hearts. This cartoon was born from a similar situation that actually happened to me. While it wasn’t quite as hazardous to the health, it was very embarrassing just the same.
We had just made a deal on a new car, and were in the process of negotiating a price for our trade in. I was telling the salesman how great the old girl was when my 8 year old chimes in with….”But dad, I thought you said we needed to get rid of it because it was costing too much to fix?” Well… you couldn’t have driven a pin up my ass with a sledge hammer. Talk about awkward!
