The idea for this cartoon
When I was about 10 years old my dad and I went fishing at our favorite lake. When I pulled a worm out of the can to bait my hook, I noticed there was a red ant on it. I tried to pull it offbut the ant had it’s jaws attached to the worm in a death grip. Not wanting to be out muscled by an ant, I ripped the ant off and tossed it. A few minutes later….CHOMP!!!! Something was biting me right between the arse cheeks. In a panic I dropped my jeans and reached in and pulled off what looked like the headless abdomen and thorax of a red ant. Where was the head you ask? It was still attached and biting my sphincter.
